Practice of Qi
Qi Gong is not merely an exercise; it is an art form that cultivates Qi (life energy) through mindful movements, breathing techniques, and focused intention. The practice can be categorized into three primary components:
- Movement: Slow, deliberate postures that seamlessly transition from one to another.
- Breath: Deep, rhythmic breathing that harmonizes with the movements.
- Meditation: Mental focus that guides the circulation of Qi throughout the body.
