Challenging uncomfortable feelings of anxiety can lead to healing and transformation, which catalyzes evolution and growth. This requires the right support, as it helps dormant parts of a person to revive.
Our sessions are conducted in a way that we hold a sacred space to facilitate the exploration of transformative practices that support both of your journeys towards healing.

Guidelines Session
Embark in a Healing Journey where I will teach you how to regulate the horse-rider nervous system and support the horse-rider energetic partnership, because anxiety is often shared, mirrored, and amplified within the pair.
During our weekly session we will focused on reducing anxiety, fear, and performance blocks by working with the mind-body connection-for both the human and the horse.
We will also address any injury either on you or your horse In-Person or Remote Energy Healing session.
To expedite the recovery process, we will engage in a combination of Yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, and breathing exercises.
I will assume the role of your Healing Guide, while you retain the autonomy to navigate the entirety of your healing journey with your horse.

Session Structure
1. Intake & Awareness
I will ask you how do you experience anxiety in your life.
- Specific anxiety triggers
- Past experiences (falls, bad rounds, criticism)
- Body sensations when anxiety appears
- What confidence should feel like instead
- Expect emotional awareness - not judgement
2. Tapping Process
- Tapping is done on yourself (face, upper body, hands)
- You'll verbalize emotions honestly (fear, frustration, doubt)
- Language is adapted to equestrians (e.g., "When my horse spook ...')
- Sessions often feel: Calming, Emotional, Surprisingly physical (yawning, sighing, tears = regulation)
3. Nervous System Regulation
- Slowing things down will help you to feel more in the present moment
- Becoming aware of shifts in breathing or posture
- Avoid forcing "positive thinking"
- Let's safety replace suppression
- This is not hype or motivation - it's regulation
4. Horse-Rider Dynamic Focus
Expect discussions around:
- How your anxiety shows up in your seat, reins, breathing
- How your horse responds to emotional changes
- Building consistency rather than "fixing" the horse
- Never blaming the rider or horse
