Thank you for scheduling a healing or coaching session with Infinite Flow.

We value your time and aim to ensure a fair system for all clients. Please review the following policy:

•Cancellation notice: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us offer your spot to others.

•Late cancellations & no-shows: Cancellations made outside 24 hours or failure to show up will incur a 50% charge for the session. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

•Emergency waivers: In case of an emergency (e.g., illness or personal situation), we may waive the cancellation fee with valid documentation.

•Coach cancellations: If we cancel your session, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

•How to cancel or reschedule: Cancellations can be made via email at isabelle@infiniteflow.world, or through our booking system.
